Remote I/o Modules

For more than 20 years, Advantech offers versatile remote I/O module to the market. The recent launched Ethernet I/O and Wireless I/O which are broadly used in IoT or other industrial applications, such as facility monitoring, environment monitoring, and industrial process control. Advantech distributed remote I/O modules are categorized into two families, Ethernet I/O (ADAM-6000 series) and RS-485 I/O (ADAM-4000 series), which are subdivided into Analog I/O and Digital I/O modules. Some of them support Modbus RTU communication protocol.

Advantech's Ethernet I/O Modules, ADAM-6000 series, accomplishes this integration easily through the latest internet technology, so that it can remotely monitor the device status more flexibly. ADAM-6000 modules are empowered by Peer-to-Peer (P2P) and Graphic Condition Logic (GCL), and can perform as standalone products for measurement, control and automation with Advantech's P2P and GCL technology. With the easy-to-use and intuitive graphic utility, system configurations can be done in an extremely short time. ADAM-6000 series models include Analog Input/Output Modules and Digital Input/Output Modules.

Media Serial Converter and Repeater provide conversion between serial networks and other media. Our Serial Media Converter can transparently convert RS-232 signals to RS-422/485 signals, as well as wireless and fiber optic signals.
